How do we activate a web site when the prior members of Courtyard Communicators tried to disband. We took over the Charter officially. Rita Childs and 2 other members of that club came to the new club to help us at Patriot Talkers get chartered by joining forces with that club. Now the # 6869 comes up as already taken.

This process is frustrating and confusing. Please help us get a web site up and running.
I have submitted the new officers for the next period and I am the Club President.

This seems to be the only hurdle left.
The email is accurate on the Club Central ... but it doesn't come up in a search.
What do we do next????

1. Do NOT use your email address as your forum username... very unwise. You are inviting spam.

2. Put your club number in your forum signature to expedite support requests. See the link in my forum signature below for how to do that.

3. Read and follow the information in the below doc. You must have control of the club contact email address via Club Central. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

4. Note that this will also send an email to the person currently listed in the website as the Club President.

5. While we are here to help on the website stuff, please do not drag us into any drama. We can only help with the website stuff, all that other stuff is not something we can do anything about.
