I am having a similar problem. I am the site admin, but my password Admin4SPTM isn't working. We are club #3238. I hit the reset password button, but I never get the e-mail it references.

Looks like someone cleared the site admin user and password.

You will need to follow the change admin procedure.

Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available
