Can not send to all members from my email address through club site

Hello,

I am unable to send emails to all members through the club website from my email address I am registered with on this forum, and on the club website.

I had this same problem occur in April 4th, 2015 that this TM Clubs Forum helped to resolve the issue. Last time, they opened up the single IP Address that I send from to resolve the issue since there were problems with a black listed data center.

Could you assist with this please?

Brian can take care of that.

In the mean time, I would suggest getting a free email account for use w/ Toastmasters. (gmail, Hotmail, etc.) Otherwise, this is likely to be a recurring issue. Given that our server is handling the email and websites for over 10,000+ club/districts worldwide, we are just not going to put up with any suspicious behavior from data centers, email addresses, or IP addresses.

Hi Steve,

I appreciate the quick response, and what I hear is that you are wanting to prioritize the security for the vast number of clubs and users, and am certainly on board with that. I will wait to hear back if you or Brain have further updates, and keep an eye out to see if the mail I sent through my club website comes through.

What is the IP of your smtp server?
