member drop down list of names not visible on home page

Hi - new to all of this, couldn't find answer elsewhere but apologies if this post is a repeat. On the club homepage if members wish to request a login they must select their name from the drop down list. There is no list. Suggestions anyone?

First of all, in order for us to help you with questions when you post here... Please go to your profile page by clicking on: [CLICK HERE] and input your club name and club number, such as mine.

Here are directions for members:

How to login to our Toastmasters FreeToastHost 2.20 website:
1.Login for the first time: a.click ‘Member Login’
b.type in your first[space]last name
c.your name should reappear in a floating box (click it)
d.click the ‘Authenticate/Login’ button
e.close out of everything (including your web browser page)
f.check your email and click the link (and a ‘password’ box will appear)
g.type in your preferred password (twice)
h.click ‘save’ (you are now logged in ‘as a member’)


2.Login (when you know your password): a.click ‘Member Login’
b.type in your first[space]last name
c.your name should reappear in a floating box (click it)
d.type in your password
e.click ‘Authenticate/Login’ button
f.you will be logged in and will be able to view the members only area and objects.


3.If you forgot your password: Go through step #1 (above).

4.Still having issues? Email the Webmaster: admin

As they say in NZ - awesome. The float box has now appeared, I may have been a little quick previously, and expected "suggestions" to appear as I typed in an email.
As this is my first time ever posting on any forum, I thank you for your prompt, easy to follow yet comprehensive reply.
