Agenda and Role Reports

10 years 8 months ago
#51684
Hello,

I need some assistance with setting up my club's new website.

Specifically, with the following:

1. Role Report does not show every member's activity. I entered all club members and all prior meeting agendas with assigned roles. Some member's activity shows up on the Role Report and some do not.

2. The same thing is happening on the Sign-up Sheet, some assigned roles show-up and others do not.

3. Is there a way to add "Guests" to the agenda or can only members be added to the agenda?

Any assistance or direction is greatly appreciated.

Have you read the tutorials on this site? Such setting up the agendas: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/guide-to-agenda-buttons

How they work and on the buttons.

Yes, you can set a guest in the admin session... Check out: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

I hope this helps...

Sign up sheets and role reports only report on roles which have been set as a role for which members can sign up (that is a setting available for each agenda item).

If you add a dummy member named {Guest} to your membership list, you will be able to select the dummy member for agenda roles. Using the curly brackets the dummy member will stay out of the way at the bottom of your list. You can add more details such as the guest's name in the role description for specific agendas. If it is a regular guest (e.g. coach or mentor, you can add their name (with or without an email address, depending on whether you want them to receive club emails or not. You can also add {Area Director} as another dummy member.
