How can I set up the agenda so that members can add theme/WOTD?

Wondering how (as ADMIN) I can set up the Toastmaster, Grammarian slots so that individuals in the role can take responsibility for adding the meeting theme or Word of the Day. Anyone?

Your club can put the word of the day in the agenda header or in the description of the Grammarian role. The site admin, VPED can update/create any agenda. The Chair/President, and the Toastmaster can all update the agenda they are assigned to.
