How do I get new members to establish login credentials so they can sign up for meeting roles on the agenda.

Do you send the "New Member Welcome" message from Membership Management? That gives members a link to the website and the ability to access the Members only area. You can edit the wording to let them know that you expect them to sign up for meeting roles.
