Bug With Member Image Size Uploads

When one of our members added an image it was not resized to 100px x 100px as was indicated by the website. Repeated uploads had the same result. I had to manually resize the image to 100px x 100px, then upload to temporarily fix the issue.

The original image is 425px x 425px. I have gotten permission to send it to the support staff if necessary. So tell me if you need that.
