Help! Trashed Home Page During Editing. Can you recover?

Hi,
I am the webmaster for County Speak Toastmasters. I was adding our "Distinguished Website" award to our website at the bottom of the page. Everything looked fine, so I pressed Save. This happened today around 11 AM Pacific Time

BOOM!

The only thing on the site is our Distinguished badge. Can you recover our old page?

P.S. I tried to use my Work email addy to register but I didn't receive the confirm email. Perhaps it got caught in our corporate SPAM filter.

Thanks! I was able to recover. In the future I will make a copy of any page I edit even if it's just a "minor" edit.
