Great Steve, Thank you so much!!
I totally understand you, I'm a programmer myself and sometimes I feel the same. The fact is that in programming we think in a way, and most of the time the user another, for example I was searching in the manual "hide agendas" "archive agenda" and the only thing I could find was "delete agenda" where this information is not reported.

If I can give some more feedback I would also add that the agendas are archived automatically after 45 day or something like this:
(Agendas are archived and they disappear from the list automatically after 45 days)

Some of the people don't even know what that reports are and they are only concerned about the list of meetings in the drop down menu.

Anyway now I will educate my club officials, I hope this is going to be helpful for someone else too.

Thank you again
Andrea

Well, that is not technically correct. There is no archiving, per se, and I do not want anyone to start thinking that, since that creates other misconceptions that we then have to deal with. All that happens is that, by default, agendas older than 45 days are not showing in the drop down list... that's it. (The MySQL list query filters them out, by default.) If you click the check box labeled List All Agendas, you can can see all of the agendas in the system.

The Deleting an Agenda doc was seriously out of date and has been updated.
