Cannot Use Name Tag Feature

The name tag feature on our site looks so fantastic and professional but I cannot print or save the tags to .pdf. My browser crashes every time. I am using Firefox 39.0.3...is there a compatibility issue?

Advice or help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

I can print, but not save to PDF.

Have you read the documentation provided on the web page? There are a few settings that need to be right for this to work properly. I should check mine too - my new computer might need adjustments
