spam cop

Two of our members have tried to use the email to all members section of our website and are getting a message that it was blocked by spam cop saying ip for TM 1290 was listed on spam cop. We don't know what this is about and thought maybe someone had come across this message. What can we do to unblock our ip?

Depending on what the exact issue is, it may be time-limited, and the users concerned will find that the system works again after a while.

The spamcop message is usually where there mail serviced has been identified as a spammer they need to contact their mail service with the message
