Here is what our email log shows (below)... Remind me to delete the addresses from this post after you have seen them. There could be several things going on here... If you send Gerald an email to vppr-3204@toastmastersclubs.org , does he get it? If you send an email to vpm-3204@toastmastersclubs.org, does your vpm get it? If not, then that is a separate issue... he/she probably needs to whitelist the server address and/or add the server address as an email contact to ensure delivery.
As far as Carol getting email on this, we are not sending it to her, per our logs. It may be getting to her via a forwarding rule in someone's email client. A good test of this is to check with Carol if she is getting email on one or both of the email addresses she has listed in her member profile. We would send to both addresses for her... is she getting the contact emails at one or both addresses?
