Paul,

Could you tell us which agenda and items?

Are you changing it on the template or scheduled agendas? The templates do not change any agenda already scheduled.

Hello,

It seems that I have misread the caption. It is somewhat deceiving.

After a better look the "email" agenda and the "printed" agenda are not the same result. The behaviour for the "print" is expected. Although the "email" agenda provides the raw view of the agenda, why the difference?

We never use the priinted version. We only email the final agenda around and then prepare a printed copy base upon a specific template we use for the club.

Thanks

Paul

This role should appear on the printed meeting agenda

Paul: Can you suggest a less "somewhat deceiving" wording than the above?

The print view is considered the end product, and the other views are basically "working views". A good example is backup speaker roles... Typically, you want people to sign-up for backup speaker roles, but the actual speaker roles are the only ones that should be printed, since backup speakers only speak when an actual speaker is unavailable and then they get moved to an actual speaker role.

If you think we should provide a setting to exclude roles from other views (e.g. the emailed view), then I would recommend posting an improvement suggestion to that effect (we do look at those), and if it gets enough reply posts in support of it we will look at including it in a future update.
