Data transfer error - cannot add new member

Tried to add new member in the membership list screen as well as using the quick add
both resulted in DATA TRANSFER ERROR message - see attachment

need browser and browser version, need club number... please put club number in your forum signature per link in my forum signature

Have you tried the reload link down at the bottom of the page first? sometimes - quite often actually - that solves that kind of problem. I could be wrong but I think CTRL - F5 does the same thing. Someone will let me know if that is right or not I'm sure.

I am not seeing a problem. I use IE11 on Win 7.

If you are still seeing this, I can guide you through some steps on your end to help me diagnose the cause, which should help us get it fixed.

Thanks for your help yesterday. It must have been a temporary problem (possibly due to the equipment that I was using at the time - they had had internet connectivity problems earlier in the week, which were supposedly fixed).
I have just successfully added all three new members on our club website from my old home pc.
