Contact Us Not Updating

I have been attempting to modify my contact us page. While it appears to save properly in the Admin tool when I refresh the page, the old contact information is still there. It has worked in the past so I'm not sure what to make of it.

I see exactly what you are seeing. What is the issue?

Since the president has not put in a phone number in their profile it won't be shown on the contact page.
