As the new admin for our site, I noticed that some of the meeting times for our 6:30 meetings say 5:30. I logged in as admin, but when I click on the date to change the time, it takes me to the agenda for that day. I also can't drag the meeting box (or change its duration) in week or day view The docs say "the administrator of the site can remove any event." I can only change an event I've added as admin. The club meetings are locked out to me. Is there a way around this?.

Meeting times are set by the agenda. If you want to change a date/time you need to change it in the agenda.

Please make sure your time zone is correct on your computer as well as your site.

I don't understand this. For example, 11/11 shows that the start time is 5:30, but the agenda does say 6:30. The same goes for 11/25, 12/9 and 12/23.

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, with a special meeting once a quarter (speech a thon, open house). 11/11 is a Wednesday, I'm talking about Valencia Toastmasters. I'm a member of Quest also, which meets every other Tuesday at 5:30, so I can understand where the mixup lies. My Mac is indeed set correctly for PST (actually, it's automatic).

Would it help if I gave you my login and password or can you get in? If you can, you'll see that our 11/11 agenda starts at 6:30, but shows up on the calendar as starting at 5:30.

I created a new agenda for 1/13 just to see what would happen. The agenda template is set for 6:30, but it shows up in the calendar as starting at 5:30.
