a area director can get logged in

We have an area gov (Mark Johnson) who asked for help logging in as a district officer to add something to the calendar.. He says he tries to log in using his email and the verification email never reaches him

I told him make sure he checks the reload..
Not sure how else to guide him

I know you can check and see if an email was released to him. (I do know he uses a mac but not sure what browser he is using and it looks like his request was sent via a phone.)

This is what he sent me:

Hi Darlene,
I'm having a problem getting Logged in to the Dist. 9 Calendar. Tried My old passwords, no luck and No Luck getting a Reset E-mail.

The IP was blocked in the firewall have him try now.
