Now getting "ID or password incorrect" on Admin side of club 5869 site

I've been FTH site admin for the club for over five years, today I'm getting the digital Heisman when I try to log in as admin. "Forgot password" link doesn't deliver a recovery/reset link, have tried three times.

My member log in is working.
