@Steve - The blue agenda might not be that bad. I am really just trying to get members in my club to volunteer. Is there a way to change the title of the blue agenda on the calendar I enclosed before so that it does not say "club meeting"? That way people do not mistake the event as a meeting?

No, sorry. The blue calendar events are generated by the server code and cannot be re-configured currently.
