text box appearing when hover cursor over incoming message from officers

I am the website administrator for Club 3074 in Burlington Recently I have noticed on incoming messages from officers I see the the name of the sender Club 3074 on behalf of and the name of the sender. When I hover the cursor over this I am seeing the following

Toastmasters Club 3074 on behalf of Carty, Michelle
Toastmasters Club 3074 on behalf of Carty, Michelle's profile photo
server@toastmastersclubs.org

What is puzzling is that Michelle Carty is not a member of the club but has sent an inquiry via our contact us section of the website - which goes through a gmail account
The other puzzle is the "server@toastmasters.org - this is what I see when I receive update from Free Toasthost

I have inquired if the other members of the executive see this also but they do not- I do not see this is the header details of the message

I am wondering if I somehow linked this contact to the club

Any assistance would be most appreciated
