Trouble uploading file to our webiste

I am trying to upload a spreadsheet template to our website, but it won't work.
The file name is LR_Toastmasters_Club_Agenda_Template.xlsx and is 71KB

When I uploaded the file through the file manager, it changes the name to
_pvmd_g1_8913_LR_Toastmasters_Club_Agenda_Template.xlsx
and is now 0 KB, so the file does not work.

I've tried both Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10.

Once you have uploaded the file it will display on the top line. If you try to download it at that stage you will have a problem, as the save is not yet complete.
Please hit the refresh button (top right) which will force the file to go down to its alphabetical position, You can then download it.
