Upload Agenda History?

Our club is just evaluating the FTH website, and so far we think it is great. I have been tasked with entering all our previous meetings in for this year, so we can use the built in reporting features of FTH.

Is there any way of uploading (importing) the historical Roles and Speeches which were already completed for this year?

Sorry to say there is not any agenda mass load.

1) Best way to do this is to create your agenda template.

2) Created all the dated agendas.

3) Edit dated agenda and select all members in roles save
4) load speech information and save each speech.

repeat 3 & 4
When i did this it took about an hour for 10 weeks

Thanks Brian. I would be entering 2 meeting per week, so there is a fair bit of data to enter. I have not tried yet, but is there a limit to the number of members who can hold a role per meeting (for example multiple toastmasters, multiple timers... )

Either do it that way or create a folder in member download called past meetings and download them into that.
