First Time Admin Logon not working

I'm trying to logon for the first time but it's not working

I'm using the Temp password from the email but it won't work. I left the password field blank to see if it could reset the password but that didn't work either. It's stating it was never setup.

I hope someone can help

Try the "forgot your password" procedure. That will invalidate the original temporary password and send another.

If that doesn't work try reloading from the server. Click on the link at the very bottom of the home page. Then proceed with resetting the password.

If that doesn't work, it's beyond my paygrade and one of the Ambassadors will need to weigh in.
