Club Contact email not updating to Free Toast Host

So currently we are trying to start the website for our club at 1673789.toastmastersclubs.org but the problem is that on www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ when we type in the club number it shows emails that are long since antiquated. I have already updated the club contact email on Toastmasters International Club Central (it has been changed for weeks) but this change has not been reflected in the change request on www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/ .

How would we go about fixing this issue?
