Dues management hiccup with the blue buttons

#53290
My club treasurer today attempted to send out e-mail notices using the "Basic Follow-up Email-UNPAID DUES" button on the Dues Follow-up pane in the Dues Management section and received the following error message: "You are no longer logged in. Please log in again." To cut to the chase, I was able to, logged in as admin, use everything fine and dandy. In fact, while logged in as the treasurer AND admin, it worked. Logged in as just him however, n.g. The duesnotpaid@myclub.org and duespaid... addresses work fine in my e-mail client. There's just something apparently buggered up behind the two blue buttons.

Please ask your treasurer to click reload at the bottom of your site and to try again

Please make sure that your Treasurer has their cookie settings correct to allow their log in status to be saved so they do not get logged out. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Cookies must be properly enabled so that the login status is saved and not forgotten.

I just tried this while logged in as him using the admin password. No go.

I can't vouch for his cookie settings, but I can tell you that as I test this section, I'm using Firefox v40.0.3 -- whoops! I'm told there's an update! -- and for cookie settings, I have checked "Accept cookies from sites," I have "Accept third-party cookies" set to Always, and the Keep Until thing set to "until they expire."
Here are the cookies set by FTH for what is a currently-active session with club #3474192 (Affinity Toastmasters):

FTH..SingleSession has a content value of 1
FTH.ConsoleSize has a content value of 986.23334x591.23334
FTH..MSingleSession has a content value of 1
FTH.ClientTZOffset has a content value of 240
FTH.RevDate has a content value of 2015-08-27
FTH.MSID has a content value of maqgEA6goiu2qTmdQ5me1TAlA

All of these show a Host value of " www.affinitytoastmasters.org " The two singlesession cookies expire "At end of session" and the others have a date of either tomorrow or December 19, 2019 (for the TZOffset cookie).

Beats me!

I have reproduced this issue - I'll let our developer know. He is tied up at the moment but will get to it when he has an opportunity.

In the meantime you should be able to send the message as a regular email addressed to duesnotpaid-NNNN@toastmastersclubs.org, replacing NNNN with your club number
