Dues management hiccup with the blue buttons

I have exactly the same issue. I am glad that someone is already working on it and I am await for the technical team solution. Please let me know when it is fixed. The Dues Follow up email does seem to be more effective than the regular invoices used as reminders because the follow up one does reveal all who are overdue and the email subject is editable, so we can put something more impactful. Thank you very much!

Sincerely,
Arata
Treasurer of IFC Toastmasters Club

I cannot reproduce this. (yet) I need some specifics on exactly what steps to take to produce the issue, including how your access settings are set up for dues, whether you are logged in as a member, and whether you are logged in as the admin. (all the relevant login stuff)

Hi Steve! Thanks a lot for looking into this matter. I logged in as a member who is the treasurer, but did not log in as the site administrator. My browser is IE11. Cookies are checked as the description on support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/i...orer-cookie-settings . I tried it on Chrome and the same error occurred. Thank you!

Steve - log in as Treasurer, go to the Dues Follow up tab, click the top blue button and enter an email subject and message. When you hit the send button you'll see the message saying that you've been logged out.
