Authorization Email to create a FreeToastHost Account is incorrect

Hi Toastmasters,

Club number: 4211622

Under:
Authorization Sent To: ______ @gg.com

It says gg.com and our company is actually qg.com so Q instead of a G.
I had the person double check that his email was correctly listed under the Toastmaster International site and he said that it is correct on that site.

Where was this email pulled from?
I am assuming that someone accidentally entered in the incorrect email.

Please update the email so that our club can create a FreeToastHost account. Thank you.

This is the information entered as your club contact email in Club Central on TI. Any of your club officers will be able to update it. The update sometimes takes a couple of days to be registered. Please let us know if you still have problems more than two days after the address has been corrected in Club Central.

Hi there, I'm from corporate club #2674010, Be Confident Be Strong.

I am board member of our club and I am trying to create a Toast Host site for us.

I changed our contact email on the Toastmasters.org website over a week ago and it is still not updating when I try to create our website. The contact email should be mine AnjelicaKoelsch@bcbsil.com, instead it is showing an email address of one of our old members who is no longer active. I've tried using Chrome and Internet Explorer, I've cleared cookies, cache and history.

If not, maybe the admin here can assist you.... You did change it on the TI website right?

No that is not me. The email Karla_Reedy@bcbsil.com belongs to a previous member of our club and she is no longer a member of Toastmasters.

Yes, I did change it on the TI website in club central more than a week ago.

Our club email contact should be Anjelica_Koelsch@bcbsil.com.

You need to call TI to straighten that out.... We are not associated with TI, so we cannot do anything on their site.... We can only help on this FTH site...
