Anjelica, it seems that our access to the contact member on TI is temporarily unavailable. The normal process is to send the authorization for the site to that address. We're working on sorting that out, but it could take a while. In the meantime, in order to get your website approved please click on the link to request a district or unchartered club website (just above where the club number goes on the application form), and follow the instructions for an unchartered club.

The end result will be the same, it is just that the verification check to establish the website will be manual.

I just created an unchartered club website request as you have instructed.
I hope it works.

Also could you please make sure that after it has been processed, that it is switched from unchartered to a CHARTERED club website? Thank you.

The system does not make a distinction between chartered or unchartered. The distinction is only for the type of request for a website, since we cannot look up unchartered clubs in the Find a Club information like we can for chartered clubs.

In any case the website request page should be working fine as of about 30 minutes ago.
