*** Icon font was not loaded! *** Message on Homepage

We get the above error message on our homepage, requesting to allow web fonts to be loaded via Firefox. However, there are no issues with font rendering at all. Concerned that this could be a phishing attack or some other attempt from the server code to con users to change defaults and lower security.

Can you look into this? O/S is Windows 7 Professional (v6.1, Build 7601, SP1), Browser is Mozilla Firefox ESR 38.3.0. Problem first occurred today at 10:30AM EDT/US. Website was fine yesterday.

Are you using a work computer?

If so the windows admin may have made changes in your companies setting not to allow web fonts.

With out the fonts you will notice icons and buttons are missing. The site will still function until you need a button that is not there.

The buttons are still there, but the icons on the buttons may not show. Thus, the buttons may appear blank, particularly in the agenda screen. You can tell what the buttons do by hovering the mouse over the buttons to see the tool tip, but obviously it is better to have the fonts get loaded.

Interestingly, I do see the lock icons in the provided screen capture... Michael, if you load the agenda screen, do you see the icons on the buttons?

What browser and version is this?

1. Yes, This is a work computer.
2. Browser version is at top of thread.
3. Yes, when I log in using my regular user id, and load the agenda page, I do see the icons on the buttons (User button and Admin button.)

Looks like the pages display correctly now without the error. I did not make any changes on my side - FYI.

It could have just been an initial hiccup prior to the web font being downloaded on your computer. (maybe just a timing lag issue)

Once the fonts are cached on your computer, I don't think there should be any further issues.
