Fit agenda on one page

Is there any easy way to make agendas fit a one page printout.

If I have four speakers, Manual, objectives, intro print on the agenda I am looking at a two page print out.
I want everything on one page always, I rather have smaller font than more than one page.

You have to decide what you need on the agenda and turn the other features off.

Since the Evaluators are supposed to read the objectives from the manual why do you need them on the agenda?

You can always copy the printed output from your screen and move it into word and reformat.

Some of the techniques in the following thread may help for this:

So people remember the goals, so guests and toastmaster can read what the speakers are doing in advance.
Too much information is better than too little.

Is smaller font size possible.

Why use this size
When maybe this size you can have more information in one page

You can always copy the printed output from your screen and move it into word and reformat... how?
Also in my club the toastmaster prints the agenda I and I have to make sure they know how.

Thanks .... me I personally do not use IE.
I thought I read even Microsoft is dropping IE, looks like it may work but it is a workaround.

You are missing the point--do not get too focussed on IE... You can adjust page scaling and margins in whatever browser you are using to adjust font size and how much fits on a page.
