Jim,

I also like to have a description of the roles on our agendas. I think it's a very important starter for a new member and it guards against long time members complacency in forgetting that the new members need this as well as visitors.

My answer is to change my printer setting....my Canon printer has a check box to allow me 2 sided printing.
On the back page there ends up being some extra white space and you can even use that to make an evaluation note for a speaker after the meeting.

People want more stuff on the agendas but then they want it all to fit on one page. Can't have it both ways.

I really do not want to go below 9pt fonts... too hard to read then.

There is always 8.5 * 14 if you really need everything on one page.

I agree with you Steve for sure but
printing with the 2 sided page setting can give you both.

Thanks for all the work you do on the site. I especially like you home page story explaining authentication and cookie settings.

Thumbs up !!
