Unable to Login as Admin was created by Movie Gal
For some reason my password is no longer working when I attempt to log in to my club website as Admin. When I indicate that I forgot my password, I receive the message that a login key has been sent to the administrator e-mail address on file. So far, I have not received any of these messages in my mailbox, junk mail or spam.

I did send a test message using the Contact Us feature on the website and I received that email.

Could you please advise me on what to try to regain access to our club website as Admin? I thought I was the administrator for the site. Do I need to ask that you reset the password for us?

That will be because the admin is listed as Bryan Turner.

If he's left the club, then follow the instructions given at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available Make sure that the club contact email as listed publicly at TI Find-A-Club is up to date first.
