Club member unable to receive emails

Hi, we have a member who has been in the system for a while and receiving emails, but she no longer receives them.

She has a .de email address (vs .com). How can I help resolve this. We added a test gmail.com email and that worked, so our thought is that something in the system is not recognizing a .de email account.

Club # 587637 Toasters R Us.

Please advise.

Amy,

At Steve's suggestion, (he is working at the moment), I checked the email logs, and it shows that the email to the member at the .de extension was delivered. Have they checked their spam/junk folder? Also have them check their email settings for safe senders.
