Hello!

Our website was original 8927.toastmastersclubs.org. We went into the admin console to change the handle to federal.toastmastersclubs.org.

When a user types in federal.toastmastersclubs.org they are directed to our site.
When a user types in www.federal.toastmastersclubs.org , they are brought to Toast Host 2.

Why are we no longer able to have the www prefix with the changed handle, or is their a configuration we are missing.

Please advise!

Using www with the toastmastersclubs.org domain is not supported.

If you get a custom domain name, you can get www set up. However, unless you do that, www is not supported.
