Old pic, new pic issue, and Member forms

I deleted an old pic from our site that I wanted to replace with an edited one, however, there is now a big blank square in place of the old pic, and the new one is at the top of the page, rather than where the old one was. I read in a previous forum post that the image needs to be deleted from the page first, then from the server, but I did not see an option to delete the pics, and I also want to move some of the pics around.

I've also been having trouble getting any of the "Members Only" links to open. I was told that members to need to login in order to use them, but only two of the links are clickable when I log in, and someone else suggested trying to edit each section from the dashboard, but I did not see where to do this.

Also, is there any reason why there is no phone support available? I cannot fathom for the life of me how anyone can conduct business w/o a phone #.

Sincerely,

Fred B.

You need to edit the page and remove the square where the picture shows, edit using full page view will be easier

You have to log in a member not the site admin.

FTH is a FREE service to Toastmasters clubs and supported by volunteer Toastmasters around the world.

I understand completely that it is FREE and voluntary, as far as support goes, but a service is still being provided, and therefore, should have support access readily-available. JMHO! :-)

I see no such animal! I see the Edit Page option, which only takes me back to the same editing screen. :(

Fred

YOUR opinion is noted and here is mine, I run FTH and have done so for over 10 years with the support of some very talented and dedicated fellow toastmasters who share their knowledge and their time.

No one forces any club or any to use FTH, if your club so desires it may use any hosting company in the world and use any webmaster tools to design the site you want and you will receive what you paid for.

If you personally would like to volunteer your time and personal phone number as a support volunteer we will gladly post it for all FTH users around the world to access and ask you for support any time of day or night.

If your club wishes to continue using FTH the club is more than welcome to, under the restrictions we have in place to maintain and offer this service for free to Toastmasters clubs around the world.
Thank you,
