Thank you Brian & Steve,

The site is working correctly now.

My office mate checked my proxy setting after I read Brian's statement about the proxy having been misused and in a global list. I was not using the proxy recommended by our corporate IT department. I have updated it to the recommended proxy configuration file ( pac.proxy.alcatel-lucent.com/proxy.pac )

Hopefully this is not the proxy that's blacklisted, and the incorrect setting I had previously was the issue.

Thanks for your support, and please let me know if you would like me to check further for javascript errors, etc.
