Club Admin Challenged

Apparently a previous club site admin enabled links in the Members Only Section such that when any member logs in to the site they have access (via links in that section) to both "Agenda Settings" and "Membership Management" features. How, as the current admin, do I delete these links from populating in the Members Only section?

"any member" is incorrect.

Those links are only enabled for selected officers when they login, and are enabled in the Access Settings tab of the admin console.
