Can't log into club website

I'm club president and submitted a successful change request as I didn't know our site password. Can now get onto this support site, but can't log into our club website. I need to update the site urgently.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Penny,

You were successfully set up as the admin.

Check your junk/spam folder for a reset link. If one doesn't exist, click log in as administrator, enter your club number, and click forgot password, then check you email (including your junk) again.
