Contact us Form

Recently I had to update "contact us Form" with the club presidents name
After removing past presidents name from Contact us Form I entered current presidents name.
Contact us Form did not update with the new presidents name or his phone number.

Reading the Forum I noticed that other club had similar issue, however solution was not provided.

That is because there is no phone number entered for the new president in Membership Management.

The contact us form will only show contacts that have a phone number and are selected to receive phone calls.

Club contacts that either do not have a phone number entered for their member information or have not been selected to receive phone calls will not be shown on the Contact Us form.
