New Member is not receiving authentication e-mail #2

I now have two members in two different clubs having this same issue. One has checked junk mail and spam filter and not found the authentication email. I have double checked that their emails are correct.

I sent him a new welcome email message and he did not receive it.

Ok, I just realized that Jim is using hotmail/outlook. (missed that before :oops: )

Hotmail gives us some problems unless you specifically tell it that FTH is a safe sender. See the "Queued mail for delivery" below... it is being sent, but hotmail is holding it until you tell it we are a safe sender. Outlook/hotmail has a sort of "hidden spam", it does not show up in the spam folder until you tell it we are a safe sender. It is very frustrating for us. :pinch:
