How do I send a FTH2 link so that a new member can sign into our web page?

I am trying to send the Fee Toast Host 2 link that will allow new members to register and be able to view our web page and update their personal profile. How do I do that?

They have to be added to Membership Management first.

Once they are added, you can just mimic what they would do... Click on Member Login, select their name from the drop down, leave the password blank, and click the Authenticate/Login button.
