It is preferable not to share the admin password.

Your admin can grant access to most of the FreeToastHost modules to various officers. That way those officers will see additional menu items giving them that access when they log in as members. That access can only be granted by the admin (or someone with the admin password – which is what we’re trying to avoid).

If your admin is available, ask him to grant you access to the relevant modules. If he has forgotten the password he can change it by clicking on the “Did you forget your password link”. The email authorisation will go to the registered admin’s email address.

If you need to change the admin there are two ways to do that:
If the old admin is available ask him to change the admin details in the admin console. If not, follow the instructions in this doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available
