Peggy it worked correctly.

1) I logged in as admin
2) selected file manager from pull down
3) clicked select file from top left of popup
4) select the file
5) clicked save
6) clicked refresh

the file 2015_11_07DistrictCouncilMeetingMinutes.pdf is there.

Are you uploading it to the D35 website? I can upload the file successfully to my club site just fine.
