Change Speech timings #2

Ok. I'm confused. I need to change the speech time from 10 to 20 mins. Short of recreating the entire agenda, there is no way to adjust the time for that week. What am I missing? (VPE)

You can edit the timing... Go in and click on the pencil icon to edit.... I believe besides editing the contents, you can edit the time too....
