Contact Us menu is always failed to send an email

As title, "Contact Us" menu is always failed to send an email.

I tested it using Chrome, Safari in Mac Yosemite.
And someone tested it using IE in Windows.

What happens when you remove the star symbols from the Contact Us Greeting? I suspect it might have something to do with using non-standard characters.

The error message indicates that the sender is not entering his/her name. Please try again and make sure the name is entered

I am very sure the name is entered. And if I do not enter the name, email form shows error when I click the "Submit" button

Works for me. Try reloading from server at the very bottom of your page

But the email was not sent to me.
And in your screenshot, if you click "submit" again, then you can see error message that I attached.
