Getting started, but the club number is already in use.

I'm trying to get my club's web site started, but the start-up screen said that the club number was already in use.
Club number is 2836, Farm Bureau Toastmasters.
I suspect that a prior officer, no longer with the club, started and abandoned the effort.
The 2836 web page looks generic, as though someone started and quit pretty quickly.
- How can I get started?
- What do I do first and next?
