Trouble with web.de

Dear Admins,

web.de is a German Freemailer. And our club members with an email address from web.de do not get any emails from Toastmastersclubs.org any more.

The web.de support checked their spam filter and there is no toastmastersclubs.org or listing of the IP 50.19.253.65.

They ask for error messages.

Are you able to help? Are there any error messages in your log files regarding web.de?
