One of our members is having trouble logging in and setting her password. she also wants to load a video. can you help me?

Is Lezlie checking the right email box? I see her address on the system has a "charter" domain, but she is sending email from an "att" address. She might need to check her "charter" address junk mail, or her email address on your website will have to be updated to the one she is using.

She won't be able to load a video. If the video is hosted elsewhere (e.g. youtube), your webmaster will be able to add a link to the video.
