That email address is not in the district 29 blacklist.

I just searched our email logs for that email address, and it is not coming up as blacklisted by FTH, so it is probably a recipient's email system.

Whenever the FTH email system blocks someone because of blacklisting, an entry is put in our email log like the following (for situations just like this one ;) ):

I searched our log for BLACKLISTED entries... this email address does not show in our logs.
